Terrible customer support
The collection is good but it’s a nightmare for those if you want to return or exchange a product . Both of the helpline number never works it just keeps on ringing and nobody from their end picks up. If you’re lucky you’ll get a call back after a couple of hours or maybe days or maybe never. You just have to keep on trying and hope for the best. Neither does the email as it takes ages for them to reply back . Incase you’re lucky to be able to return a product that you ordered good luck again with the refund amount. Service is super slow. Hope the app gets fixed and they hire someone genuine for customer support.

Frustratingly slow app
The collection is good but the app is slow to the extent of frustration . The list takes ages to load or at times does not load at all specially in the page navigation. I hope this gets fixed super soon .

Tis shop has huge collection in clothing,basically tis is one stop shop wer u get clothes from kids to elder ppl . Really love the garments of the store ,the ambiance is vry gud n the service is also gud at the same tym staff r also vry helpful . One of the best shop for shopping in chennai .
Always stops
The app doesn’t work. It always stops when we select a product. Password reset both online and in the app is pathetic.

International shipping issue
The site mentioned there is free international shipping and I live in canada..I placed the order 3 times and out of which I received a confirmation email for only one order . I raised a dispute for 2 other transactions . I also called the online support and confirmed the same
Now coming to the problems
1) now they say 2 orders have been placed ( for almost same set of products) and they have already shipped one for which I had no confirmation email or follow up
2) despite of multiple emails,WhatsApp and fb messages we get no response properly
3) where there is international shipping they have to provide support for our time
Zones as well . We have to stay very late to just follow up everyday
4) the app is pathetic . Half the time it doesn’t confirm if your order has been placed or any tracking information for the same
Highly disappointed and now I just hope
I receive the money back for my failed orders and they don’t send 2 set of same items. If there is a problem with the online orders or international shipping please don’t take it up
