trouble loading
i just got this game yesterday and i love the actual gameplay however i’ve been having serious problems with it freezing frequently as well as now when i try to load into the game all i get is a black screen. is this going to be fixed i’ve seen this has been a long standing issues through some research:(

The app will launch and go completely black. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works.
Math wrong on levels
I love this game and it’s really fun and the right mix of hard and easy but one issue I’ve noticed is that in the shroudland shrooms area on levels 48 and 49 I believe in the sub levels the math isn’t right to beat the game you can only get five hearts per customer if you do it right and one has a requirement for a certain number of hearts, but in that level, there are not enough customers to get the hearts because it is a level where there is only a set amount of customers and for the other level, I noticed it wants a certain amount of items sold, but based on the amount of customers, you cannot sell that many items unfortunately making those levels unbeatable regardless of who you equip as helpers and workers. If that issue were to be fixed, it would easily be five stars.

They ruined the game :(
I decided to pick this game back up after a long break and not only did all my progress delete, they’ve made major changes to the art style and game mechanics that just make the game less fun to play. Very disappointed
Great but endless mode needs to be brought back
Ever since the new update, things have been pretty fun, especially the fact that the patrons have abilities and you can serve them at ease just by tapping on them. However, endless mode is also a great mode because it lasts forever until you don’t follow one of the criteria, and it has been removed from the game. Great stuff though!

想问一下 到目前为止 是只有六个店铺可以玩吗？其他的还在等待更新？据我所知应该是有九个店铺的吧 我现在玩到了第六个店 已经全部三星通关 但迟迟不能解锁建造第七个店铺 不知道什么原因 点也点不了 希望可以帮我看一下是什么原因 使存档的问题还是更新的问题 希望早日得到回复

Best game I’ve found so far!!!
This game is so so fun. My only complaint is that it crashes so often. Pls add some time of crash report system or maybe an update to fix this pls. The game is good about giving you rewards that you were claiming while the game crashes, but I’ve still lost a couple chests which sucks. Other than that this is such a fun twist to your usual cooking games and i love it so much !!!

Game data reset, beginner tutorial cannot be interrupted
I downloaded this game on both my iPad and phone simultaneously. After I used my iPad to finish all the Samsung games at my first pharmacy, the next day I opened the game on my phone, but it had no game data and was completely blank. Then I chose to import my previous game data (a very long time ago) on my phone, and the entire game data was refreshed. Then, when I opened my iPad again in the evening, the data was gone and cleared completely, which made me very angry 😠 The data I played on my iPad didn't automatically sync to my phone, and after the data was refreshed on my phone, it also wiped out all the data on my iPad. It's so frustrating, and why can't I stop the beginner tutorial at the beginning??! Is this reasonable? Not everyone needs a beginner's tutorial, and this tutorial is mandatory and cannot be cancelled. Isn't this reasonable at all! Every time I open this game, I need to change the data. He keeps forcing me to complete the first five levels, which is stupid, stupid, and a waste of time. I like the old game more than the new one and the delete all my data I have play for months so I quit the game. Just no, the old one better.

I was on the last level and migrate through Facebook did not work. It still set me back to the first town
App unmutes master volume
I can’t submit a report with app support. I really tried. This consistently unmutes my phone’s MASTER VOLUME. Rude
Relaunch
I really prefer the previous version. I had so much fun and was building up and the game play was so much better and so much more interesting. Please fix it :(
