Opinion of new newspaper
I’m 88 years old and enjoyed the paper as it was now I am finding difficulty in setting it up every day it was better when it was published like the regular newspaper . Please bring it back like it was. It so frustrating that I’m thinking of cancellation . I I have subscribed for most of my life it’s up to you to make it easy for senior citizens.

Update is not good
The latest update is horrible. I like the old layout of the paper on my tablet. Why change it?

New app is nothing but ads
This new update is based on Safari, filled with ads (especially for Geisinger) and has no flow. I have to hit button after button to try to read a highlighted story, enlarge it to hit the correct link and go back & forth to find anything at all. If it weren't for the e edition, I would cancel. I'm not interested in Wilkes Barre's news if I'm reading Pottsville's app! Please get someone who knows how to design an app that doesn't need a browser to open it!

I agree with above post. Absolutely terrible. No flow. Frustrating. It was my morning go to. I avoid it now. Not worth the frustration.

I like it, but can not get on to vote on the question of the day. Tried a few times to get it fixed, but u get nowhere. Otherwise it is pretty good!
Horrible
This used to be a good app. Now only 1 or half a page is shown!! I pay my subscription so if my money is good than the app and service should be. This has been an ongoing issue.

2 months I have paid for and am still only getting the beginning of articles. Maybe shows first sentence. The rest is not shown. This happens in all sections news, obits, and opinions. Contacted them with no response. Terrible customer care. I'm done wasting money. NO MORE!
Unfair
As a digital user we save the cost of paper, ink, manufacturing, man hours etc.. But would have to pay the same? .99 per month maybe, but 10.00 really?

It needs more news and the sports could use more news too the high school sports scores would be nice too and more info on the games not just 2 lines considering you are making us pay for this news anyway.
