Pourquoi.app - screen time

pourquoi.app helps you take back the time your phone takes from you. No blocker, no streak to keep up. Just a question at the right moment, so that opening your phone becomes a choice again. HOW IT WORKS • At the right moment, pourquoi.app asks a simple question: why are you opening your phone? • You answer in a second, from six reasons. Or you don't answer at all. You stay free. • You get clear stats on how you used your phone over the last 7 days. WHAT POURQUOI.APP DOES NOT DO • No blocking: you open what you want, when you want. • No gamification: no streaks, no badges, no scores. • No guilt: every time you put the phone down counts, and nobody lectures you. WHY IT WORKS One second of distance is often enough to turn a reflex into a choice. No pressure, no judgement. Just clarity about your own time. YOUR WEEKLY RECAP Once a week, on the day and at the time you choose, pourquoi.app offers a calm recap: the time you spent, your most frequent reasons, what changed. A snapshot of your week, not a performance. Included with Premium. PREMIUM 7-day Premium trial through the App Store, on monthly or yearly. You can cancel before the 7 days end. The free version keeps unlimited questions and stats for the last 7 days. Premium unlocks full insights, every time period, the weekly recap and the link with Screen Time. On iPhone, Premium is shared through Apple Family Sharing. pourquoi.app: take back time for what actually matters.
