Unable to pair app with trolley. Complete waste of time.

The trolley works fine on course, but all the additional functions are redundant because it won’t pair with my iPhone.
Considering this is a £1250 trolley, the support is garbage.

Useless application. Very very poor customer service.
App Sync issues CT8 GPS
When using the trolley during a round it works well. Entering in scored on the trolley after every hole. When the round is completed I attempt to sync and initially it looks as if it is working but then I am presented with Sync Failed. Round data lost and no way of retrieving the info from the trolley.

Caddy shows on Bluetooth however as soon as I move from settings to app it disconnects Very frustrating

Would loved to have tried this, sadly it will not pair with my new powakaddy rx1 gps trolley.
The powakaddy gps app does and this has not been updated for 2yrs!
