Rarely works
This app rarely works. Every time they change something to “make it better” they end up taking away a feature that did make it good. For example, deposits are no longer highlighted in green, everything is in black lettering and makes it harder to distinguish deposits and withdrawals.
Very Boring App
This banking app is very boring just like the bank and to plain black and white. I nearly fall asleep everytime I get on. You need to add more banking features and better vibrant colors than just plain black and white. Id rather log in to the desktop website. Better for my eyes.
App is not very user friendly
1) app times out frequently
2) Does not stay logged in even though option selected
3) Does not remember login credentials. iPhone specifically painful to use as you have to type in the password every @#$&*$&#@ time. Let users use phone passcode for second verification. Touch works well on iPad app.
4) Bill pay feature struggles with searching for vendors. I had to search using Express only instead of American Express as the search struggled to find American Express.
5) if I toggle between apps, I have to log in again. This is painful when using bill pay as I’m trying to get dollar amounts from other sources.
