Love everything about this company
This app and training methodology helped me overcome a 15 YEAR plateau of not being able to do a press to handstand. I followed the program consistently (not even perfectly - if I'm being honest I missed a few days) AND GOT MY FIRST EVER PRESS TO HANDSTAND at my first power monkey camp.
Since then, I've returned to doing gymnastics as an adult, learning new skills like a Yurchenko vault and cast to handstand. I'm im even planning to compete in a few months! Love the app, the team, and the methodology. It's been a game changer for my training and mindset, and I'm excited to keep progressing!

Programming that works
I joined power monkey fitness programming for the muscle up learning. To my pleasant surprise the App has so many other gymnastics skill programs. I started the get your first kipping muscle up and about six weeks into training, I achieved my first kipping bar muscle up. I am female, over fifty, and have no gymnastics background. In fact I was never an athlete during my entire life. However I always had a passion to learn gymnastics but did not know how. I strongly recommend this training app. It gives you structure, it is not complicated to follow and it is tailored to your level. Iβm so happy and canβt wait to learn all the other gymnastic skills. I will be working on ring muscle up next.

Great app! Easy to use.
I did the HSPU program and I loved how easy the app was to use. It was 8 weeks with 2x/week about 30-40 mins which can be easily done before of after a Crossfit class. A great supplement to your current programming. The programming in the app is very intelligent with all the accessory work. My shoulders feel bulletproof after completing the program!

Great training app
Been using the app to complement CrossFit training to work on gymnastics skills, and I have really enjoyed working through the progressions so far. Already seeing improvements after about six weeks on the Monkey Method shape and core365 courses. Love how there is an assessment at the beginning of each program. Tons of content in the app, I can see myself using this for a long time.
