The charge was 6.99 and you charged me 35.00 . Why I did not use the pac for more than 1 hour and returned the pac . I expect a refund . Thank you Leslie Aponte.
Damaged device
I called, texted, emailed for a damage device and never received an answered, I want a refund and nobody answers. Device was broke a didn’t charged correctly.

I never leave reviews, but let me save you the $6.99: at an airport without accessible plugs, flight was delayed by 3hrs and so I rented a power pack as a desperate measure to have enough juice when I land in 6 hours. Plugged the power pack in at 28%, and it stopped charging my iPhone at 48%. Complete waste of money.

Do not use these they will place a $35 hold on the account and not release it. Happened to me today the phone number they gave doesnt work and they dont respond to emails. Crappy service do not use them.

It says $4.99 to rent this charger for 24 hours I was charged $35 to my account and there’s no way to returning to another airport and no one answered the phone and the emails are not good
Excellent offer, excellent product
Good hardware so far; fast and steady charge. And hey, it does come with the cables, so no need to worry about carrying around your own either. On top of that, it’s a bargain, $5 a day, what else can you ask? Really happy to have stumbled upon this product, got me out of a pickle in a great way… nice job guys!!

Great Charging, Great Customer Service
1st off, the charging on the packs are pretty awesome. In about 1 and a half hours, my phone went from 25% to 90%. In my opinion good charge.
2nd, my pops tried to rent one for himself, and had an issue where the charger did not come out. He called a few times and no answer. Few minutes later they called back and resolved the issue.
Would definitely rent another if needed.

First 15 minutes are free to try! And it’s so convenient! You can rent it where available and returns anywhere there’s another charging station. The map with all the spots is a game changer!
Super convenient and better priced
I have teenagers and they always need to be powered up on their mobile devices and this app gives me peace of mind knowing they are connected and able to reach me anytime. I have used other services and felt it was much faster charge power, and does provide you more battery capacity for less money.
