Best Robot on Market

I have had my PowerPong robot over three years and have had NO mechanical issues.
AND… when I have had questions, I have received fast, helpful answers.
The Utube postings also help set up great training plans. Best exercise I have done to help myself be healthy —-
Physically AND Mentally.

Great but just one suggestion

Hey guys. Been using the robot for a couple days and I’m really impressed by it. Great job. I would just suggest a small app feature that could have an enormous impact. Right now every drill can be repeated X seconds but it would be great to be able to repeat it by X number of repetitions, as well as being able to disable time breaks when using it within a group. With this, we can use drill groups to build much more precise and complex sequences, as each drill would now be a step in a continuous sequence. For example, we could now do something like: random short serve > some short scattered backspin shots > long backspin shot, no scatter > some topspin shuffled shots > final lob shot with a pause after it. Does this make any sense ? Hopefully you can consider these small adjustments. Thanks!

Very well configured app

Brilliant functionality, clone function allows to create new drills easily based on preset drill. Placement and ball adjustment works well. It does everything that a player wants.

Import issues

Over all the app is ok, but needs improvement.

1) import issue for the first thing, i made a group of drills on my phone and emailed it to myself. I opened the file on my tablet connected to the robot. The group imported initially lists all the drills made, but once imported it imports the number of drills but they are all the same drill, the last drill you create in the group sent over. It’s a very annoying issue. I tired on both android and apple and it happens on both. Please fix this because I want a coach to be able to send over my drills and be able to import them.

2) if you start a group and need to adjust a ball in one of the drills, you can’t simply stop the group there fix the drill and then continue on with the rest of the group. Thus if you have 30 drills in a group and the 15th one needs adjustments then you have to start all the way from the beginning of the group. It would be nice to be able to highlight the drill in the group you would like to start from

With these two improvements I think the app would be much much better.

Regarding your first point, please make sure both devices are running the latest version of the app. If one of the devices is using an older version, it's possible that could cause the issue. Regarding your second point, we really like this idea and agree it would definitely enhance the app! We will look to add this feature in a coming update. EDIT (1/9/2022): We are releasing v1.8.0 that should resolve the bug you described with sharing groups. Thank you for reporting this issue!

Last update disaster

With iPhone X this version isn’t working any more. Before the app was great and easy to use. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Amazing and Fantastic. Makes using the Robot a Snap

I love this app. It makes programming routines a snap. Very impressive and the interface is extremely intuitive. I use the robot for both training and as a cardio workout device. This unit should be in rehab centers everywhere. It takes the boredom out of cardio workouts and keeps the mind occupied, the time flies. Great work!!!
