I have used this app every day for years. It keeps my thinking sharp, my vocabulary expanded, and is very useful for the creation of mnemonics and acronyms which serve as memory enhancement.

I was looking for some inspiration, Because as a young writer, I wanted to end my sentences with more then the common “said”, “asked”, “cried”.
So
Every time I want more variety, I type in the common word and then it comes up with different words with the same meaning.
I definitely recommend this app!

Great app I use for writing prose and poetry, it has very good options for isolating verbs, nouns etc. Easy to use and good options always come up early in a very diverse list.

Worth the five stars rating
The first time I have rated five star.Reading any English literature I always struggled to correlate and understand some phrases and words but this app has made learning more easy and approachable.As to say, my thirst for learning has grew even more as i am learning the way of words and its logic.

I absolutely 🖤 the PT app! I use it all the time- emails, word puzzles, texts, journalling,
-literally EVERYWHERE I write anything! I appreciate the many S/A (synonym / antonym) this app provides….words that are not exact S/A but convey the same general meaning, instead of just a few exact matches you would get on other sites.
Because of this, PT helps to find the exact word i am wanting when i just cant seem to pull it from my middle-age, maxed-out, perimenopausal memory. lol. I just search the general idea/feeling/action/etc and 9/10 times my ‘forgotten’ word is listed!
Trying this on other sites is impossible-esp if you don’t require an exact synonym. You end up searching multiple words to find the one you wanted

Very useful
This app has saved me so much time from trying to remember synonyms. And there are so many results for each search that you never need to use the same one twice. I have written a 37k word story and used this app almost every day. Now I am writing a considerably longer story, and the app will be open on my phone from beginning to end while I write on the computer

Fantastic
I find this app extraordinarily useful, not only for vocabulary building, but also to help look up and retrieve words that has somebody with dyslexia has a hard time spelling. The only thing about this is I wish it would work when there is no Internet connectivity and also would have a list that is simple to tap and retrieve whenever needed of words that are most often used that I find to be problematic remember how to spell or even to spellcheck. I know this is a thesaurus app, but I use it also as an instant word dictionary. it would be cool if there was a set up like that too other than that this is a really good app.

The only issue I have with this application is that - as far as I can tell, at least - you can't highlight and copy words straight from the text (e.g., of a definition, etc). Otherwise it's my very favorite!
Getting Started
I have just started using the app and I find it very effective. It gives you exactly what you want suit the context with which you are dealing.
I have not had much time to explore the use of the words or phrases in sentences as yet but from what I have seen so far, it’s amazingly helpful and useful.
I am looking forward to using it a lot more so I can maximise it to the fullest for my next review.

Literally the best thesaurus
As someone who writes a lot, both in academic and fictional contexts, this has been a lifesaver for me. I can’t remember ever writing a piece and not using power thesaurus. I’ve always loved the interface and how synonyms are listed. I love that you can filter words to get a a certain word class. Honestly, just download it. I’m quite stingy with reviews, so to be writing a glowing report like this… trust me. Download it x
