Lacks parts diagram
My jack failed and fluid went all over. I suspect that it needs seals and an email from the company said to download the app. Great. I hate apps and the reason is justified. Their owner manual is nothing more than a safety disclaimer and the exploded diagram lacks seal part numbers or anything useful to repair my jack. The standard has always been an exploded diagram showing seals and exactly where these parts should be. This is below standard.
