Constant crashing if you’ve got no phone signal, the things unusable having to deleting and reinstall the app every few days,
Told by it it’s technical team it’s because you need a minimum of six gig of RAM which no iPhone has!

Never use this company even after you cancel they continue to take payments and tell you it wasn’t cancelled this happens repeatedly I had to contact my bank in the end. Worst company to use for invoicing app constantly crashes! And there support team are a joke
They save your card details and the app keeps crashing
They save your card details and auto renew without a prior discussion been with them a couple years same thing every year this time I changed my cards to see who saved my card details this was one

What great software. Powerednow has helped me so much, I feel I have finally got on top of my paperwork and can get my actual work done.
Unfortunately
App continues to crash , freeze and generally not work . When it does work great . However when it doesn’t it can add an extra 20 minutes to each job easily.
If you do 6 to 8 jobs a day , that’s a lot of time wasted

Crashing issues
Have been having loads of issues with system crashing. Not able to upload certs or pictures. When invoicing wrong account details being sent. When trying to update contact details the system times out and have to reload pages

App crashes all the time, support is none existent as they say it’s because your phone is old etc and tell you to try the same thing all the time even when you know it won’t work. When the app works it’s great but unfortunately it’s very rare that it works.

Look elsewhere
By far the worst software comparably. And expensive. Never works. Can’t accept online payments. They charge ridiculous amount and offer literally nothing. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. Look elsewhere if you’re smart.
Great job management app
I’ve been using Powered Now for invoicing all of my jobs since 2017, it’s been a great asset to my business enabling me to send invoices from my office and also my van went out and about.
Customer service team are absolutely fantastic and are always there to help you if there are any issues all you need advice on using another part of the system.
I would say Powered Now is an integral part of my business and it would be a struggle without it !

Great tool
I use this software to create quotes and invoices for my customers. It also allows me to store all my customers details creating a database. Well recommended
