Not friendly
I’ve spent 30 minutes on this app just trying to get it to connect to the same Wi-Fi. The product says it’s on my Wi-Fi. However, my phone is not but when I changed the app to a different Wi-Fi, then tells me that my phone is on my Wi-Fi. This thing is ridiculously not friendly.

Its a good platform they message back almost immediately, and if you’re having problems, they can redo the tune. It’s easy if it bricks your car you didn’t know what you were doing ,use the tool and retune the car and its un bricked easy
won’t let you log in
tried to verify my account and it says they sent an email but i got nothing. i requested a password reset and instantly got an email to reset my password but nothing for an account verification. i’ll be damned if i just paid $1600 for a tuning kit that i can’t even make an account for.
Worst tuning software ever
I’ve used tons of tuning software and this has to be the worst. The tune itself is fine but it takes forever to load and has barely any other features than read and writhing tunes. Not worth $600. Wish the OFT v2 was still available
Writing preparation error
Terrible app. I cant even write my tune because every time i try to i get a writing preparation error. Now i have a $600 tuner i cant even use
Lacks connectivity
Does not connect as it should, tough to navigate.
Annoying
Not the best interface and super annoying that I have to wait to get my files from some mysterious power gate manager…. Wasn’t told at time of purchase I had to wait. Hopefully it works
Terrible
I've used multiple end-user tuning softwares and interfaces but never an interface where tunes are sent remotely and that require a phone connection. This might be the absolute worst device and software I've ever had to use. On top of essentially bricking my car at this point due to who knows what, the app just loops endlessly when the recovery and even stock file is selected. I'm asked what file to write, I select, it downloads, and then asks again what file to write. It doesn't end (Wifi, BT and physical obd2 connection were ALL maintained). And don't even get me started on how slow this is. I can read, edit, write AND go get a 10 minute log with my hptuners device/software on a customer car before this glorified paperweight can even download a single file from the cloud. 10/10 will never use this again.

Won’t connect to wife or hotspot
Iv tried everything and it won’t connect to any WiFi connection so I can’t even register or use the OFT v3
Poor connectivity
Unable to connect to WiFi and establish basic internet connectivity. That’s basic app 101. Spent 40 minutes cycling through the prompts to connect but can’t pass step 2 of 5. Piss poor interface. Good idea with wireless connectivity just poor execution.
Multiple issues
My phone and power gate will not connect after trying multiple networks and now i keep getting an error message telling me to turn on Bluetooth when Bluetooth is already on
Horrible software
Connects to WiFi then kicks me back to the homepage saying network no configured have tried multiple WiFi’s and hotspots and no customer service on theses products

When I press select the vehicle it does nothing

Good idea I like that you can use it on your phone, had trouble logging in activate account after registering in email

Wrong username or password
This bug still persists it appears. I create an acct, and i go to log in only to be told incorrect username or password.
Login Problems
Downloaded the app, made an account and cannot log in. Keeps stating that there is an incorrect user or password. Tried to go into app support but also not log in there either. Seems like this was a past problem, was fixed, but seems back.

Downloaded yesterday after being forced by tuner to upgrade to this and now I can’t tune car.
Won’t let me sign in
It won’t let me sign into the app and stays everything is incorrect and made an acc and everything what’s the fix to this and who do I contact?

Can’t even log in
I just created an account and when I try to log in it says that I have an incorrect email or password. I then changed my password and it came up with the same thing.
