With PowerHRMS, employees can manage day-to-day workforce tasks from their phone in a simple, secure way. KEY FEATURES • Attendance Punch Mark attendance using location-based verification, face recognition, or QR code as configured by your organization. • Leave Management Apply for leave, track leave balance, and view leave status and history. • Payroll View salary / payroll information shared by your organization. • Profile & Requests Update profile details, submit requests, and manage employee-related actions. • Notifications Receive important updates related to attendance, leave, and HR activities. • Secure Access Login with your organization credentials. Optional biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID) for faster access where enabled. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? This app is intended for employees of organizations that have deployed PowerHRMS / EMS. You need a valid company account provided by your employer to sign in. IMPORTANT NOTES • Location access is used for attendance verification when required by your organization. • Camera access is used for face-based attendance / profile capture when enabled. • Features available to you depend on your employer’s PowerHRMS configuration.
