Worst app ever
Bluetooth connectivity is THE WORST. This company can suck it!!!
Unable to add more than one device
I have PowerRoam 1200 & 2200, while I was able to add first, I can connect and see stats of the second but app is unable to persist it no matter what I did.
Completely unusable
The app is completely unusable. The Bluetooth connection has to be re-established _every time_ - unbelievable. The app is not able to save that for the next use. Support also confirms this.
A WLAN connection is only possible if you have a WLAN router where the mobile phone and Powerstation are also integrated. Of course, everyone has one in their car (or not?)
The app _does_not_ start if GPS is switched off on the mobile device. That means it insists on location coordinates! The support team can't explain why. Technically completely nonsense. But why does the manufacturer forces the user to provide that data? Is he allowed to do that?
Nothing works without a (to the customer useless) registration with the manufacturer.
A data complete protection disaster. In 2023. Other suppliers of power stations or car technology can do this better. Hands off! And of course: we are talking about the latest version of the app in the AppStore!

アプリ名称が変わり、益々使えないアプリになって遠隔でバッテリー状況が全く監視できないし、今時位置情報onにこだわる大陸の意図がわかりません。いらん事してないでアプリ改修しなさい。

Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Die App ist supi. Ggf. hatten die anderen Rezensenten eine ältere Version…
Alles funktioniert und besser als erwartet!
Also … im Okt. 2023 hatte ich mir zunächst eine PR600 zugelegt, deren Kapazität sich für meine Zwecke allerdings als zu gering erwies. Ich hatte versucht die App zu installieren dann aber bei der Aufforderung zur Registrierung und Standortfreigabe abgebrochen, die Entscheidung wurde auch von den schlechten Rezensionen beeinflusst. Ende Januar 24 habe ich dann die PR1200 in Betrieb genommen und die neueste Version der App installiert!
Fazit: Ich muss sagen dass Sie besser funktioniert und aussieht als erwartet. Von den vielen zusätzlichen Funktionen welche über den Gerätemanager zugänglich sind wusste ich zuvor nichts und war somit sehr positiv überrascht!!! Ich bin wirklich KEIN China und „Big Brother is watching You“ Fan, aber das Gesamtpaket stimmt für mich. 4von5 als Ansporn für die Entwickler zur weiteren Optimierung der Funktionaliät und Grafik der UI.

Unbrauchbar
Die App ist der letzte Müll. Ich kann mich nicht registrieren, da sich die App dabei ständig aufhängt. Die anderen Optionen wie Apple- Login geht auch nicht und die App hängt sich wieder auf. Ohne Registrierung gehts aber auch nicht. Habe versucht, mich auf der Website zu registrieren, das ging soweit. Einloggen kann ich mich trotzdem nicht und auch dann hängt sich die App wieder auf.

Der Grundansatz ist gut, aber…
es gibt noch diverse Fehler. Es können z.B. keine Warnmeldungen angezeigt werden. Auch das man sich jedes Mal neu anmelden muss, wenn man von einem anderen Gerät zugreift, ist sehr störend. Der Zugriff auf die Bedienungsanleitung verläuft auch ins Leere. Wirkt eher wie eine Beta-Version, welche wieder einmal beim Kunden entwickelt wird.

Wieso anmelden und Daten übermitteln?
Ich habe die App eine Weile nicht benutzt, kann mich aber nicht erinnern, mich vorher angemeldet zu haben. Wofür soll das gut sein und noch dazu Standortdaten etc. übermitteln?
Wenn sich das nicht ändert, fliegt die App wieder raus, zumal sie eh nicht viel mehr gebracht hat als die Anzeige im Display. Zumindest für mich.

Terrible app
Unable to add a device, can use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to try to add and shows as successfully added and the restart the app and shows as the power roam is “ undefined “

No matter what I do I am unable to log in to the app.
Lousy App
Following instructions from the gate-fold setup guide included in my new GS1200 PowerRoam Portable Power Station downloaded this app. It's awful!
1) App wouldn't allow me to register using my standard email address, giving me either "account already in use" or "click to receive verification code" errors. The only way I could register was using an existing Apple ID.
2) App only allowed me to connect using bluetooth to my phone. Attempts to connect with WiFi:
a) didn't allow me to choose which of my WiFi networks I wanted to connect the unit to, only allowing the one with the strongest signal.
b) The device failed to connect to the WiFi network despite multiple attempts.
Functionality of the app is pretty limited. You can "remotely" (remember bluetooth only) change output settings, the same as you could from the front panel, and displayed the same information as shown on the device's display panel.
Waste of time and makes me consider whether I should just return the whole PowerRoam unit for something more mature.

Privatsphäre, Fehlanzeige!
Die App erfordert zwingend eine Anmeldung mit E-Mail-Adresse und Zugriff auf GPS/Standortdaten. Beides wäre technisch nicht notwendig. Leider scheint Privatsphäre in China nicht wichtig zu sein. Zusätzlich fehlen leider ein paar Features, welche die Konkurrenz im gleichen Preissegment beherrscht. Da die App nur wirklich das nötigste beherrscht und die oben erwähnten Mängel aufweist, kann ich leider nur einen Stern vergeben.

Can’t login
Excited as I just received my new Powerroam 1200 unit. I was eager to look through all the features, but unfortunately even after resetting my password (which I also could not do on their website?) was still not able to login on the app. These little issues are expected with a new product or line and I understand. Really want these issues to get ironed out because I have high hopes for UGREEN.

Funktioniert
Tut meist was es soll. Allerdings bekomme ich ab und zu Warnmeldungen - es ist aber nur der Zeitstempel in der App zu sehen und kein Text oder irgend etwas das inhaltlich erläutert um was für eine Warnung es sich nun handelt.

Macht was es soll!
Kopplung mit der Powerroam war unkompliziert. Ich würde mir noch ein paar mehr Infos wünschen. Angaben über die Anzahl der Zyklen und „Batteriegesundheit“ wären prima. Auch ein Zähler für den über das Solarpanel erzeugten Strom wäre wünschenswert.
