Nothing makes sense
School used to you school mint or something like. Now with this. I don’t know if it’s the app or it’s the school but to preview anything I have to download it on my phone to look at it. 75% of it is junk. Just overall I hate this app. I don’t even bother with it. It’s like getting a pop up virus. Everything is so scattered and have to dig just to find what you are looking for. I do like I can see my kids grades but other than that. Yeah it’s just taking up space on my phone.

Useless and Infuriating
I have been trying for several weeks to log into the app using the same password that I use on the PowerSchool website. I keep getting messages saying that the password is invalid. I cannot get anywhere with this app using either my email or my username. The password is correct, because I am using it to login on the website at the same time that I’m trying to log into the app. This app is useless without being able to login, and unfortunately, we my child’s school district knows that many parents are having these issues, they still insist on using PowerSchool.

Won’t let me enter my password- keeps going back to I’m a parent, I’m a student. Loved the app last school year. Easy to monitor our son’s progress. Now I can’t even open the app to see what’s going on.
