Great but needs some fixes

Game shuts off without the chance to go anywhere else after boarding the boat to go to new areas. I can’t even go to my place or just play the games. Please fix! Game was great besides not being able to go further.

The best game

First you create your on human and you be that then when you get a egg you go to a academy and do addition subtraction and a little of Multiplction and division then you correct sentences and then studie more of continents countrys and even oceans I would probably think this would be for kids7-11 anyway it is a great game

Good app but,

Unfortunately, I have not been able to play the game because I am stuck on this part called treasure hunt where the arrow is not clear, where it is supposed to go I have spent countless hours trying to figure it out and have decided to give up. I need some help. After continuing the instructions given such as sending my email unfortunately when I typed in the email address, it bounced back saying that the Powerz.tech could not be found I did try it over and over but it would not go through properly.

Awesome Game

So far I am thoroughly enjoying the game.
However I have noticed a few things.

1: I can’t place anything in the main/1st room in my house, as soon as I click on the decoration I get stuck and have to log out and then log back in game.

2: Moving the character is really hard, the character either wants to only go right or left, mainly right. So hard to control.

3: I am not able to do the symbiosis with my little friend. Either 1 my little friend is stuck and gets turned around which eats up the EXTREMELY LIMITED time frame, which leads me to #2, the time frame to do ANYTHING in the symbiosis mode is EXTREMELY insanely difficult. Please either take away the time frame or make it longer, or as soon as you pass through 1 ring the time resets so you can continue.

You will need to download the next update. 2: We are continuously improving the controls so that players can fully enjoy the experience. We will report this point to the developers. 3: For symbiosis this is also a bug which will be quickly resolved. See you soon in the game

Problème d’identifiant

Je n’arrive pas à m’identifier même si j’ai entré les données correctes. J’ai même créé un autre compte pensant qu’il y a un souci avec mon ancien compte—mais non ça marche toujours pas. C’est fort désolant.
