Love the app, Love the developer

Honestly the expert version advice and the developer make this app for me. Yes the amazing health advice and games are great to but being able to ask any question about it my pet and get prompt and detailed response from a vet is amazing. It’s easy to get worried easily as a pet mom so it’s saves a vet bill. Also the developer truly listens when there is an issue or you have a suggestion for a valuable feature. When I was in the trial I couldn’t add an additional pet on the IOS app. I emailed support and the developer emailed me back in less than 24 hours saying that he submitted an emergency update and by the next day it was fixed. At that moment I decided I was going to keep the app and it’s well worth the money.

Has Potential, Needs Work

I liked the idea of the app at first. Even paid for a month to really give it a chance.

I ended up scanning the same food twice and got two Very different calculations.

I’ve gotten the same daily adventure 3 or 4 times (two days in a row even), and it cuts off the text everyday so I can’t even read the whole.

Unfortunately, this is not worth a subscription, maybe a one time fee.

Regarding the scanner calculations, we recently improved our algorithm to factor in specific pet details (such as age, weight, breed and activity level) for greater accuracy, which is why the results may differ from previous versions. Life-saver for pet owners

I do at home health checks following daily missions. I have saved 2 of my dogs lives by finding cancer very early and another dogs tail by finding an infection

Not great

I feed my cats both dry and wet, but the app won’t let me select both. Not even going to look further into this app because that seems pretty basic…

I have good news: We have already addressed this based on your feedback. The ability to select both food types simultaneously will be available in our very next update, rolling out soon.
