Ridiculous app
The app said my selfie doesn’t match with my ID because in my ID picture I was bald and now I have hair. I talked to the support but they don’t care and didn’t do any effort to try to solve my problem. I lost a good job because this ridiculous app. I really don’t know why the companies are using this rubbish app.

Failed passport scan
Needed to download it to access a site. Had problems from the moment I scanned my passport. It keeps saying document failed to upload. I’ve been scanning my passport photo for over 2 hours and I can’t start work till it’s completed. The support is absolutely useless too. They just tell me the basic stuff make sure the photo is in good lighting etc. which is obviously what you would have done before messaging support. So now I’m just sat at the site entrance and I don’t know if I’ll even be able to start work. If the upload photo manually button worked the problem wouldn’t be as bad. Would not recommend.

First - app chat for support it’s not working, only work when you reopen app, the app continues personal data and have so poor support and quality. Not recommended, I lost 2 hours with a support that couldn’t help my error.
Awful app
Strong armed into using this app for a site induction and can not make it passed the passport scan, passport scanned five times over, reads the RFID chip then states document scan failed. Unable to select the manual image upload for unknown reasons.

Right to work!!! More like right to p*** people off, rubbish service, lost two days wages due to this system. In future our company will not accept contracts that utilise this system.

Do not download this app. It is literally a government digital id disguised as an app to register attendance on construction sites

We have recently been requested to start using this app on a new build site..
Every site we work on seems to have a different system or id software to get through the front door.
The onboarding process with PPAC was easy, so photos got declined but this was due to the quality of photo uploaded at the time.
App works fine everyday and no issues getting on site

This app just doesn’t work. Can someone fix it. Why is that so bad? It takes forever to get approved.

We had a number of engineers who tried to use the app and it took hours, support just advised we needed to wait.
Rarely working.
Every time I have to use it gives me some kind of problem. This time it got stuck updating my profile when I tried to upload a picture of my passport the same picture I have upload every single time I had to use this app. The people that give 5 stars to it must be working for the developing company. Everyone I asked had issues using it.
