App logged out and won’t allow back in
It worked for my last charge, now the app is again broken and I am logged out watching a loop of a crashing app ui. Can’t do anything. Every few updates they destroy this app. I hate dealing with this company.

I am writing to report an issue with your application. Unfortunately, it is not working properly.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, but the problem persists. The application displays a form that needs to be completed, and after spending a considerable amount of time filling it out, an error message appears stating that something went wrong and that I should try again later.
This happens every time, making it impossible to proceed or use the application as intended.
Please let me know how this issue can be resolved, as it is quite frustrating and prevents normal use of the app.

La campul unde se completează CNP nu se pot decat ceteva cifre. Faceți ceva și rezolvați problema. Am încercat de zeci de ori

Merge greu, nu am reusit aa incarc. Daca vrei sa incarci masina si are alt sofer iar telefonul tau nu este in acelasi loc cu masina, nu poti incarca.

The process of registering encounters always errors. Cannot use the app because always after I enter the personal information cannot be saved due to an error.

Cannot login using either of the 4 methods; reset password but when trying to login with the new password, it asks again to reset password. Tried logging as guest, shows the map, and after a few seconds it logs me out. Reinstalling the app doesn’t solve anything. Complete waste of time.
App does not load
Impossible to download the app from App Store. I could pay on the website but I cannot get to plug my cable.

Bad user experience
If you logout of your account and then you try to login again, it doesn’t work. Furthermore, the app always welcomes you with a front screen (which curiously enough it’s not a login screen, but rather a registration screen). Even if you put all the necessary/required details in this welcome screen, at the end when you want to submit them, the app informs you that “Something went wrong! Please try again!”. The same thing happened in the span of a few months, so it’s not a recent thing, or something that went wrong with the app in a specific day. Now I am basically logged out of the app, with no possibility to log back in.

Can’t log out
I’m stuck on the personal details submission. When I try to add my address and name, I get the message: “Something went wrong.” It’s been like this for 3 hours. There’s no button to skip or log out. I created my account on my laptop, but I can’t log in on my iPhone because I’m already logged in with another account, and there’s no option to sign out.
