Need flexibility to modify an existing SIP!
I have been invested with PPFAS for a long time now. I like the app and the ease of use in transacting.
One feature that I would love to see in the app is the ability to modify an existing SIP. It could be something like increasing the SIP amount (top-up) OR extending the last date of the SIP.
Hope to see this in future.

Simplified app to invest Parag Parikh MF
The app allows you to invest in various Parag Parikh mutual funds in ease. The UI is clean and neat and app loading experience is seamless. Good thing is it allows to manage family folio as well
Error on placing order
This issue has been facing very recently, while placing an order everything is working fine but once you finish it with ur UPI or net banking process end result shows error on placing order. This is crucial bug facing for investors.
App has downgraded
Bad application for Apple users. Transactions almost never goes through successfully. Better to transact through their portal instead.
Not being able to process the cash transaction
Although the app is doing well , the process to add cash through app doesn’t support. Always getting a message that your transaction is failed.
Pls look at the current version and fix it up.

User based logging, folio tagging and family portfolio view
1. Please allow logging in via single email/username instead of separate folio numbers. Once logged it all folios should be available for that user.
I don’t get why you have made individual folio based login.
2. Please give feature to tag folio with a name, like retirement, education etc.
3. Also please give feature where I can add my family members account and view their portfolio as well.
Other than this app is very good.

Excellent UI
Excellent User interface compared to previous versions Please move towards safeguarding the app from latest technology frauds
App not opening
Since my last update app does not display anything and only a white screen appears. I’ve tried to uninstall and re install the app, restart my phone etc but nothing worked. Please review this bug and fix it on priority.
Unable to load all
It’s been working fine but since yesterday when I open app it is just loading blank page. I tried uninstalling and install but no luck. Time wasted.

To make it convenient and fast. For multiple folios drop down or list should be provided for login to account.

I am writing a fresh review in place of the earlier one. The app has improved a lot but it is still not as advanced (in terms of UI, speed or intuitiveness) compared to the best MF apps. Still, a great improvement and I thank the team.
Not able to login in the latest app
The app shows mpin should be 4 digit but I have added 4 digit and the error doesn’t go away and i am stuck…
No biometric login. No UPI payment
This was the best MF app till few days back. Since last update I see biometric login is not working and everytime it asks for mpin. While this can still be fine but the app is also not giving UPI payment option. For me that makes it completely useless for me. I am unable to invest even though I want to.

Used to be a good app
PPFAS used to be a good app before this update. After opening the app doesn’t take me to login page as it used to previously.
Instead takes me to mPin page.
And no matter how many times we try changing the mPin - it simply doesn’t accept.
