I love it for the most part… my biggest issue with it is, I don’t feel like it alerts me as aggressively as it needs to. Private chat does not get my attention as well as I feel like it should… I also feel like the search function is a little limited. Could be user error…. But I don’t know. But I certainly am happy to have it as a tool!! I think it’s useful businesswise. I also think it’s great for teamwork and camaraderie. It has brought us all closer as professionals and individuals.
