It works but is not great

The app does work and contains the questionbank. But beyond that the app is at best average. Does not work on multiple devices. support does never answer, there are a few bugs where you can not read a chart because a big button is painted over it or two answers get marked as right. The app contains explanaitions but those are written by ChatGPT and provide no extra value beyond the question and the right answer. So this app provides access to the licensed questionbank but better forget about the rest.

Ich habe ein paar Probleme mit der App und habe deshalb den Kundenservice angeschrieben, aber keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich, denn ich habe ja immerhin Geld dafür bezahlt.
