This update includes a major upgrade to the PPSNTX mobile experience, with a redesigned dashboard, improved vendor workflows, stronger notifications, and several reliability improvements. • Redesigned mobile dashboard — The mobile dashboard now mirrors the PPSNTX desktop dashboard, with clearer financial and operational insights, including revenue, gross profit, gross margin, cash collected, receivables, vendor payables, jobs completed, jobs needing attention, and current job activity. • Better dashboard navigation — Dashboard cards and job lists now provide direct access to the related jobs, receivables, payables, reports, and job details. • Pull to refresh — Quickly refresh dashboard information by pulling down on the screen. • Improved workspace separation — PPSNTX and Premier Appliance Repair information stays properly separated when switching between workspaces. • Submit completed work from the vendor app — Vendors can now submit portions of completed work on larger or ongoing jobs without waiting until the entire assignment is finished. • Multiple completed-work submissions — Vendors can submit additional completed work as a job progresses while keeping previous submissions, amounts, photos, and supporting documents intact. • Improved photo and document uploads — Photos and documents are now more reliably tied to the correct submission, including uploads that are interrupted or retried. • Better mobile + desktop continuity — Vendors can begin a submission on their phone and continue working with supporting documents from the desktop portal without creating conflicting submissions. • Safer invoice submission — Added additional protection against accidental duplicate invoice submissions, duplicate vendor bills, and duplicate notifications. • Vendor payment notifications — Improved notifications when vendor payments are processed, with direct links back to the related job. • Improved notification badge syncing — Notification counts now stay more accurately synchronized when messages are read, opened, or cleared. • Improved notification deep links — Tapping a notification more reliably takes you directly to the relevant job or action. • App version and device reporting — PPSNTX can now identify which app version and build are being used on registered devices, making support and troubleshooting faster. • Performance and reliability improvements — Additional fixes for navigation, application switching, upload reliability, accounting consistency, and general app stability.
