I’ve had no issues with what was a fantastic gadget, however since the last iOS update I can’t play video of any kind with it. Music is fine photos still transfer ok, but it will not transfer or play film

As you might have realized, it’s at least a more than a year that “PQI” which is a big company, hasn’t paid any attention to all those critics and serious problems of “iconnect+” app users.
It’s more than a year with no upgrade or fixing apps problems.
although you have nothing to do with companies devices, but at least we as apple users would be glad to see App Store make the providers to have more responsibility in front of their apps i App Store

Needs update
I used to be able to load movies onto the app but now it won’t transfer the movies from the USB to the app I have to leave it plugged into my device to watch a movie and the voices don’t sync it’s so annoying I used to love this device now I’m looking for another alternative.

Before this latest version it worked great. Now when you try to play a video it shuts the app off. Highly annoying.

Can’t Upload Multiple Photos
Before the app updated you could click on multiple photos in the camera roll to copy to the flash drive but now you can only do one at a time. So frustrating. Please make an update to copy and transfer multiple photos. Thank you!
No longer useable
App still opens but that’s about it. Options previously available have all disappeared. Very disappointed. Now have a useless device.

New Update

I really got disappointed with the new update and UI. It is really disappointing. I already had the option of “ open in” and I could share the pictures snd videos with other apps like “ nplayer” to watch videos but now it is useless. I paid a lot money to buy iconnect and I was really satisfied with it till the new update arrived. Please go back to the previous version. It is too slow to copy with the new update. I couldn’t believe my eyes, the process of copying a file through USB storage to App Content is too slow. It is a disaster.

App crashes
The app keeps on crashing!!!! Especially after this new update I can’t even open up a folder without it crashing. Before the update I was able to backup photos altogether but now I have to do it one by one and it won’t even load, please fix this problem.

Worked until update
This worked great until my phone updated. Now I can’t even see the pictures on it when I use it with my phone. What a waist. Please iconnect fix your problems!!
