Customer service isn’t good
I have been using this app for pay electricity bills since pandemic using Gmail and there is no issue to get OTP code for a years . Now my account has been locked. When I asked for assist to unlock my account. The support team refused to send OTP code in mail instead they were asking for change my number then only I might get OTP codes in phone. I does’t understand why I can’t get my OTP in my email.

The Worst Banking Experience
I’ve had nothing but frustration trying to use the Prabhu Bank app, and I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone. I’ve been trying to open my own account for days, but the app simply won't let me. It constantly asks for a password, then directs me to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email, but the email never arrives, no matter how many times I try.
Living in Australia makes it even more difficult, as the app doesn't seem to work properly from abroad. It's incredibly inconvenient, and there’s no proper customer support to help resolve these issues.
I would highly recommend you avoid Prabhu Bank's app and instead try alternatives like NMB, NIC Asia, or Siddhartha Bank, which offer much better and more reliable banking experiences.

Withdraw Issue
Guys this PRABHUPAY is scam. They don’t allow us to withdraw our load balance. I try to withdraw money through remittance, bank transfer from app but it’s always show transaction failed . Also I contacted with customer care but they always says keep trying sir right now we have problems.

Never download this app it’s the worst app in whole world, collected remit in the app and I can’t even transfer it to my bank account, I can only withdraw less than 5K through withdrawal method and it ask for charges , it has issues always and never fix them . Please deplopers / owners of the app shut down the app from the Appstore

Trash , money hungry app
It has so many issue. It crash a lot. I try to perform 1 transaction and it crash . I couldn’t able to. I will give this app 0 if there was option. shame on you.

I thought Finding a voice of nepal was promoting talent but NO… 1 vote free and you need to pay after that !! What a ripoff… seriously greedy turds after all the sponsors they get still they want money for votes ! Vote are for sale .. talent for sale …

Unable to vote
Registered, got activation code but can’t create password and unable to vote. App needs to be either reviewed or upgraded. Technical errors at all times. It’s a joke that I am unable to vote for season 3 VON contestants. Please fix your app.

Disappointingly I’m not getting my activation code and I wanted to vote for my favourite contestant on voice of nipple but it’s not working I tried so many times! It just keeps on loading and loading it won’t work. I am very disappointed and I would be very happy if they would fix it it would be really good

Worst Customer Service
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Subisu Level Worse. They got 3 numbers in customer care contact but they don’t receive any. Plus there is issue with UI (image compatibility) in KYC making it impossible to submit.
Fund load problem
Tried to use US visa card to load funds. Always get error saying to contact merchant. My bank says there is no problem.
