Updates don’t accumulate in stacks
This app requires you to check in every day. Sorry but I can’t make that commitment. The updates in your stacks do not accumulate waiting for you to find the time to review them. Instead, you log on after a few weeks and find only 2-3 articles waiting in your stack. Clearly if you miss a day they disappear from your stack. I suggest they accumulate. You can also add a setting that they stay in your stack for a defined period before dropping off so that the stack doesn’t become unmanageable

Easy to Use
The App works fine. It’s not useless. I had zero issues while testing this App
Useless poorly designed app
Poorly designed, doesn’t work well, freezes.
Crashes instantly
This app, while the content has been historically wonderful,‘over time Ive essentially found it impossible to use, because it’s been so consistently buggy. I have updated it and it still crashes immediately upon being opened. It’s a real bummer because, again, the content is so great
UPDATE 7/2020: the app is much less buggy and no longer crashes. I’ll say the user interface no longer is intuitive and while much sleeker in appearance, I find it more difficult to access content that is useful and applicable to my practice than I used to. As is so often true, newer is not better. Deep existential sigh. Practice Update was a staple of how I stayed up to date during second half of my residency and first year of practice. At least the first few times I’ve used the newest version, I found myself wishing for the old simple app that delivered highly relevant, succinct, and timely updates from the literature in a way that saved me time and kept me sharp.
