What's New in Practitioner Engagement

5.8.4

Bug fixes and improvements.

User reviews

Provider

The app is 5 stars but the provider is dependent upon the facility paying for the app. Most places will stop the app because of cost but really as a provider we need this app since we are expected to be expedient in our response to able to answer questions in regards to patient care.

Bad app with poor functionality

This app and this company puts out subpar product with no thought behind it. The app is clunky and crashes often. Poor design and function.

Was better

This app is ok but with the last update the pt search bar is gone. It’s little things like this that PCC misses and mess up a providers work flow.

Good enough but lack ordering studies.

Unable to order blood work or radiology studies in this application, only drugs. Otherwise good to see patient chart and write progress notes.

Very good, except

I’m not certified for certain drugs, so I cannot sign approval for them. But either I cannot or don’t know how to get rid of them. There is no “decline” option that I can find.
So far the institution hasn’t been able to remove it. And the app repeatedly tells me I have documents to sign, when I do not.
That’s a bug.
