Poor app needs development and updates - in IOS version many shortcuts does not work

Doctors treatment good but hospital is very greedy . Especially billing section lady bad behaviour.

Not a smooth App experience
The idea of App, general appearance, cashback etc. is really good. App seems buggy. I keep seeing the pop-up ‘check your internet connection’ and I can’t come out of that screen even when I click exit. Also the profile page doesn’t seem to contain my UHID when I checked last. Also from a UX perspective, I couldn’t find by myself how to book a regular bloodtest for me. If I have to go to billing counter for that I need not use the App. Request you to fix the bugs. Thanks.

Friendly application very straight forward to use

Very user friendly app, which also offers cash back and redeems. The best part is all reports and bills are handy within the app. I highly recommend.
