I downloaded this app and hit play on a Bible story. 10 minutes later, I’ve gotten about a minute of the Bible story and nine minutes of ads. No thanks.
Rethink Your Model
$70/yr for a Bible is crazy work. Yes, you may offer it differently but commodifying the word of God as done in this app with “celebrity” readers, ads that are a must listen, and no free version is antithetical to God’s will that we go to all the nations and preach. You guys provide it free “preach” for 7 days and dassit. This is not it. I understand upgrades but the basics should be free. Period.

I just wanted to try the app. But I was asked to give credit card info and sign up about 900 times.
And no I don’t want a free trial - with my credit card info in their hands.
I just want to try the app.
The money grubbing made me question the sincerity of the app.

Political ads
I have gotten so much new information from this daily Bible app. Please reconsider having political ads as part of your advertising for this platform. I would have given 5 stars but the political ads are a turn off. Thanks you.
Stopped Working
Wonderful when it works. Randomly stopped working. Deleted. Reinstalled. Still won’t work. Thinks that I don’t have internet but everything else works. ??
