Stopped Working
Wonderful when it works. Randomly stopped working. Deleted. Reinstalled. Still won’t work. Thinks that I don’t have internet but everything else works. ??
Too many ads
I like being able to learn more about the Bible & diving deeper into the parables but there’s way too many ads. You hear a ad before you start the audio, an ad every 3 minutes & it’s disheartening that every Bible led app requires payment in order to understand God’s word better
Adds
It terrible when you get 3 minutes worth of reading/ listening with 10 minutes of adds not to mention it’s the same 3 adds replayed 3 times like I get the dumb subscription based world we live in but really we have to pay to read / listen to God word you know the gift that’s freely given
Unauthorized payments
Did not agree to being charged twice when signing up for this app. They make it impossible to get a refund. Rip off app!
Lawsuit if you don’t make it free for mental anguish of a diagnosed evaluated mental health person.

Money scam
I canceled my subscription the same day I got the free trial. Then they tried to charge me twice! It declined. Now they charged me twice and I cannot get any support because my email is not verified. I VERIFIED MY EMAIK 3 times!!! And still not able to get any support for a refund of a subscription I never had!!! Don’t get this app

Amazing app with one issue
I am loving my the app. It is an amazing concept.
Pros:
-Free mostly
-Human narrators
-Easy to navigate app
-Amazing breakdown of verses.
Cons:
-widget does not show full verse and can not be expanded
- when tapping on the widget, it does not go straight to the verse to read it in full instead it goes to a seemingly random verse

This product could be so much better with a little more Support. When I listen to a sermon the words I hear do not match the words I see. It’s incredibly hard to move from one sermon to another!

Why is there a pay wall
I am not here to judge for only the lord shall judge
However this is my opinion
Gods word should be free. Jesus walked the lands and preached for free he didn’t charge or ask for money.
He didn’t want money in return for miracles all he wanted is for people to have faith and trust in the lord. To love one another as one self in fact he destroyed the taxers table and through there money on the ground for no house of worship should be paid for
When I opened the app after the questions I had five paywalls right in my face at the same time showing the picture of Jesus

I signed up for the free app and got charged 14.99 without any Warning and I was charged twice. 100% disputing with my CC. I find this very shady.

Church vs. State
I have been listening to the app for going 2 years and I was in love with it until , I begin to here commentators speaking on the election, now this morning they are talking about trading and who’s running for office. Church and state or separate for a reason. I don’t believe that they should be able to tell you who to support. For that reason, I deleted the app immediately.

The Pray app draws me daily with its myriad of choices to choose from to learn the Word of God. What a wonderful time we live in, with all the resources at our fingertips that can open the door to the wonder and glory of our heavenly Father. I love the PRAY app.
Pay to pray?
It’s paid? That’s disappointing
Lots and lots of ads
Paid apps should not have ads. This one is loaded and it’s always at the worst time. I’m about to quit paying for this app. Ive had it for years. Ads cause me to tune out. I’m going to have to find a similar app without ads that doesn’t charge $20 a month to get rid of ads. Also there are 30 different plans and nothing outlines what you get in each plan. I think I’m going to go with paying nothing since they get so much ad revenue. This seems less about the word than it was when I got it and more about money.

FRAUDULENT APP
Did the free trial and immediately hated the app and cancelled everything. Now, a week later, I got 2 charges from Idaho and California each for $14.99, so $30 total.
I went back into the app and it says I have no subscription, but yet my card was charged twice. What a scam! To request a refund you have to go through Apple. Do not get this stupid app or they will steal from you.
