Pick the apps and categories to block. 2. Tell the app how you feel today: anxious, grateful, tempted, tired, lonely. 3. Open a blocked app. The shield appears with a prayer written for that mood. 4. Pray for the time you set, then tap Amen. 5. Your apps open for 5, 15 or 30 minutes and your streak goes up by one. THE PRAYER IS ON THE SHIELD Most faith blockers send you into their app to earn the unlock, which quietly turns the pause into one more thing to open. Here the prayer and the verse render on the shield itself. You pray where you already are, and you never have to leave to get back in.
