App Not Working

Sorry for this review. I’ve tried reaching out to service, but I can’t seem to get a link that works. I signed up for this app this morning and it seems to be stuck on the screen to purchase a plan, which I’ve already done. I purchased the monthly plan, but it won’t let me proceed past that screen asking me to sign up for a plan. I haven’t received any kind of email. I’m guessing something is not working right, but I don’t have any way to communicate there is a problem. All roads end to a grayed out screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling on my phone, but that didn’t change anything. I’m excited for this app, I just hope it will eventually work. Any help would be appreciated.
