Their app is not working specially questions after paying the money and they are totally ignoring my emails

The worst support!

I have tried contacting on multiple platforms and I’m being completely ignored. I paid for access to the app for questions and the app is still telling me I do not have access. Not to mention all the videos are outdated, and so is the app (noticed after paying) and so the answers will be incorrect due to changed guidelines. The payment has been taken from my account and I haven’t got what I paid for, I would like a refund. Similar reviews say the same issue.

Very few OTC and MEP questions. I could get a lot more of everything for that amount elsewhere.

Repeated questions, poor service, and very confusing answers. Poor app for the cost, it should be free with what they provide. Non of the questions are even updated.
