Terrible app
This app is completely useless. It doesn’t let you scan anything. It wouldn’t let me get past scanning a copy of my ticket.
It’s good to know per the previous review that immigration is aware of this because I won’t be able to use this for my upcoming flight to Lima and I am concerned it’s going to create issues.

It is sad that there is not a way to translate the app content in to other languages from the Spanish content. It makes it very difficult to use…

I tried so many times to enter my information even manually and it doesn’t work.

The app is broken. Should have seen it as a sign of what’s to come once you visit Peru. The country is beyond corrupt and the way they over price everything they offer to tourists is terrible.

Does not work at all
All I was trying to do is complete the pre-register part of documents and I couldn’t even get past the first step. Many of the features didn’t even work (ex. Nationality, Gender, etc) . Very useless app.
USELESS & HORRIBLE
This app not only makes you lose time and get infuriated by how you can't do anything because manually filing is also a buttonless tapping nightmare.

Does It Ever Work?
Have flown to Lima numerous times in the past few months, and I was only able to get this app to work once in 5 trips. The past 4 times, it wouldn't even allow me to enter anything. The immigration officials don't even bother to ask anymore because they know it is perpetually broken.
Does not work
Don’t waist your time. The fields won’t populate nor can you enter in all information.
Hopelessly broken
Tried to scan a US passport, fails. Try to enter data manually (in Spanish of course). Most menus on the data entry form don’t work (ex: nationality, country of birth) etc… can’t get to step 2

The scanning doesn’t work, and it doesn’t let me enter the information manually either. Worst app ever!

Worst application/ it doesn’t work at all. They should make it easier or fix the app
What are they asking for?
They ask for a date under Fecha de Vencimiento/Permanencia
? Passport expiration date or date leaving the country? NONE of these dates worked.

Ineffective App
It is a badly built application. It won’t scan my documents and informed me that my travel pass could not be found.
Won’t populate boarding pass
The terminology used for entry field is not consistent with what’s used on documents. Won’t populate boarding pass information, even with a valid barcode.
Doesn’t fill the information
I tried a lot of times to fill the boarding pass and it haven’t work.
Don’t close or minimize app when you are filling it
It is a good , user friendly app. If you close or minimize the app when you are filling the form it won’t let you finish it.
