Unhealthy food grouping.
I am not happy with this. There is a food game on here to teach kids which foods are healthy and “junky” this is executed terribly, and the sole reason why this will not be on my kid’s iPads. In the healthy section, you can put the fruits and vegetables. But anything else, such as burritos, a hotdog, a SANDWICH, anything like that is put in the “junky” bin. We should not be teaching our kids that they have to eat like rabbits to eat healthy. Sandwiches are just as healthy.

Superb app!
The app is a lifetime purchase and includes all primary grades. Each grade have different topics that are broken into levels. It is made fun for kids who have a hard time in math! I definitely recommend!!!
Excellent for skills practice!
I started using Splash Math as a fun way to get my students to practice math skills. We use it to boost number sense, addition and subtraction skills, and practice geometry, money, and time. The kids love earning coins so that they can add to their zoo or aquarium! I love that it sends me a summary of what the students were practicing, and that I can go in and see how much time they are taking on their work.

SplashMath is Great!
I use SplashMath in my special education classroom for my 3rd-5th grade students. They all have a variety of learning needs and gaps that need to be worked on. SplashMath is an excellent app for me to use in my classroom to access core learning standards that I may not be able to teach right then and there. It also provides an excellent opportunity for spiral review. We work on skills from addition and subtraction to multiplication and division. We love SplashMath in my class!

Good tool
We use Splash Math in our daily math instruction and practice. We like the app and the grade level content that maps to the common core. We find the pencil tool very helpful. The reporting and tracking provides great guidance and documentation. The skills are practiced in a way that allows student focus and customization. I love the auditory elements, they allow me to keep track of my students progress even from a distance.
