You can only add the amount that is currently in your account.
Pennyrile refuses to fix this issue that plagues this app despite charging customers higher rates and not giving better service.
Lacking All Around
Poorly developed app, definitely not modern. I’m able to pay my bill but the app seriously needs a rework. A competent iOS front end dev is sorely needed. We live in a digital world - wake up!
Whatever you paid to update the app, you should ask for your money back!
The first month I tried to use the new app I changed my password about a dozen times and had to call my local office before I could get to the payment page. I was hoping this month would be different, but no, just as aggravating. I don’t know what was wrong with it before the redo.

Since the update the app won’t even open.
