Preciate provides me with a way to motivate and connect my sales team. It helps us to build meaningful relationships and connections. Simple, fun and valuable
The app makes it super easy to recognize my coworkers’ accomplishments and thank them for their hard work. As a manager this allows me to give quick, real time feedback that my team finds more valuable than end of year general praise. Plus the badges are fun (not to mention beautifully designed). I’ve used internal recognition programs before and it’s always been a bit of a letdown because once you leave a company it’s like none of it ever happened. Whenever I move on to my next gig I’ll be table to take this with me. Love that!
