***Review Update***
With the recent update this is once again hands down the best app for buying and selling scrap gold and silver… or really any recyclable metals. I’ve tried many apps designed for this purpose and this app is top of the list. So much so that I’ve never purchased a subscription for any of those other apps in my 15 years of doing this. Unfortunately due to whatever may have been the reason, developer updates stopped and thus daily spot prices stopped refreshing and lacking a means to manually update prices the app became completely useless. Therefore I dropped my subscription about a year ago. But on a whim yesterday I checked App Store and OMG it had been updated! I immediately renewed my subscription!
Honestly this is the only app I’d recommend for precious metal recovery professionals.

OUT DATED
The prices on this app are 8 months old. Can’t use it without current pricing. The app is awesome, but someone needs to maintain it.

What happened
This used to be such a great app! Takes multiple times to get the app up, the old version was so much better! I think I’m going to remove it now. I have had this app for over 10 years and I have been waiting since that last update maybe 3 years now for it to improve and nothing has changed. Wasting my money I think it’s time to move on.

Abandoned by developer!
As stated by another user, this was a great app before the developer apparently abandoned it. No updates in a couple of years. Which is no biggie as long as it continued to function… but it hasn’t! The spot prices do not update on launch of app… for sometime now and there is no way of manually entering the correct prices anymore. This was an issue before the last update if I recall correctly but the user was able to manually update the daily spot prices and thus could continue using what was other wise an absolutely awesome app! But that feature was left out of the latest version and thus the app is all together useless! I’ve reached out to the developer about two weeks ago and no response. So I personally will be requesting a cancellation and refund on my yearly subscription.

Disappointing update
Recent update made the app sluggish and unreliable. Features now prone to crashing. Disappointed.
Wasn’t Broken!
I have been using this app for a long time. It was a nice simple app to do buying. So out of nowhere they rewrote the whole program. Totally unnecessary to mess with what’s not broken. Time to look at other programs.

Frustrating
Will not stay on US dollar. Keeps going to Qar as the currency. Haven’t been able to use this app since November 2019 yet I get charged for the pro version. This was a great app to begin with but right now you can kick rocks.
Stopped working
This kept stopping and starting and then decided to open every time in Quatar currency. Prices seemed to always be way behind. Pretty useless!!

Not happy
I’ve been using this app for a while and my subscription renewed in Nov for a year but the app no longer works properly. Metal prices aren’t updating and the currency keeps reverting to QAR!
Disappointing
I bought this app for £9.99 on a 12 months subscription. It stoped working within the first Month! I’m trying to contact the provider but this is proving difficult.
