Great place
I’ve been taking my yorkie here for the last 4 months, the staff are always friendly and answer any questions I may have. They do a great job grooming my dog, and take very good care of her while she is in their care.
Disappointment
I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent experience at Precious Paws Dog Grooming, which was our first visit. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations we had for both the quality of service and the customer experience.
Firstly, our dog, Ohana, was nicked multiple times during the grooming process, which is concerning and unacceptable. The blending on Ohana‘s head transitioning to his body is uneven and blended poorly. Additionally, the staff member at pick-up was unreasonably rude, which only added to our dissatisfaction.
We were initially excited to find a local grooming service that offered the range of services that Precious Paws advertises. However, this experience has left us frustrated and disheartened. To make matters worse, I was promised that I would receive pictures throughout the process, as noted in the app, but no pictures were sent at any point.
As a result of this experience, we will not be returning for any future grooming services. We had hoped for a positive relationship with Precious Paws, but unfortunately, that will not be the case.

I took my Yorkie for a much needed grooming appointment. I was completely satisfied with his experience at Precious Paws. The best cut he has ever had!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. This will be our go to grooming place for our babies.
Check in and paw school
We love that Dolly loves the staff. It makes us feel good about leaving her. They are always attentive to her and she is ready to love on them.
Ms Rachel has been very helpful with showing us things to do with her and making us feel confident in her. Overall we are very happy with taking our Dolly to Precious Paws!

Great Groomers
Have had appointments in shop and Mobile unit, with two different dogs, both have been great. Remi comes out looking like velvet (black poodle), he looks beautiful.
Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, store front is a 30 minute drive from me and there are groomers closer but I prefer to use Precious Paws.
Mobile unit does come to my location if they have available appointments.

Dog grooming
I took my baby for a puppy cut in March, they just trimmed him up, took great care of him, he was happy when we picked him up!
Took him back yesterday for a complete cut, I was a little anxious about leaving him as I was on my way to Florida, they accommodated us and took him early!
My husband picked him up and he looked so good, very pleased, they took such good care of Casper!
We have one that is being boarded till Wednesday, I post reviews on boarding after that!

THE BEST!!!
They take above beyond care of my fur baby now for over 10 years, he’s 16! Kelsey and Rachel and staff use to keep him for doggie day care and now he’s a Chauffeured Spa spoiled baby!!!! Thank God for them!!!!
