What a joke of an agency
I would leave zero stars if possible. Jossie is incredibly disorganized. She “reviewed” my resume 10 days ago & reached out to me (within 4 hours of my application) to schedule a zoom interview 2 days later. I should also mention that she confirmed that I was a “good candidate” during this initial phone call. The interview never happened and she could not be reached via phone call, text or the indeed app. She finally got back to me a week later and attributed the mixup to “the holidays”. Fine. We rescheduled a FaceTime interview for the following day at 8:30 am. By 8:35 she had not contacted me, so I called her directly. She told me that she had “mixed me up with her 10 o’clock appointment”. Again, FINE. We start the FaceTime. She immediately points out that I have no managerial experience when she brings up my resume (the resume she reviewed a week prior). I could barely get two words in while she proceeded to tell me how this isn’t the office to transition to an office manager from a seasoned assistant/receptionist. I call her out asking why she wasted BOTH of our time (at this point I missed 2 hours of work to accommodate this second interview). She proceeds to say that I appear annoyed and that “this isn’t her only job so mistakes happen”. To wrap up an already underwhelming and disappointing experience she starts calling me by the wrong name. This woman clearly has too much on her plate and has no qualms about wasting the time of the applicants she screens. Humans make mistakes but everything about this experience was sloppy and chaotic. Don’t waste your time like I did. Jossie, do better.

Terrible
Don’t waste your time with this “agency”. Its just one lady name Jossie running it and running it very poorly and unprofessional. She doesn’t care if one of her offices does not pay you and doesn’t offer to help. Its been weeks since no paycheck and Jossie doesnt care if you get paid or not from her offices. She gets very defensive and argues a lot when you just ask a question. There’s so many professional agencies out there, this one was a complete miss. Would of given negative 5 stars.
