Horrible
The most user unfriendly app in the history of user unfriendly apps. You are shuttled back and forth between the app and the website without knowing which one you are using. The result is an endless loop of notifications to create a new password, one time codes, and back to a screen where the only option is “forgot password.” The app is non-intuitive to the point of being sadistic.

The online review app
I also would give this app one star because it is completely impossible! I cannot access it from my iPad. It just sends me back to login over and over and I told my therapist this she agrees that people are telling her it’s not working.
Impossible to access
After endless attempts to access the app, I went to my PT. Their office acknowledged that the app sucks. The app repeatedly requests that you reset your password, has you enter your email or phone, and then never sends a link.
Reset your password
It just keeps making me reset my password over and over, and I never get into the app. So far, I am super unimpressed
