The app won’t even let you register, it just freezes. The thermometer is just as crappy. Wouldn’t turn on properly and we couldn’t make it work.
Don’t ever buy a BIOS ovulation thermometer
Even one star review is too much. It is completely unusable. I bought a BIOS ovulation thermometer but I couldn’t even do the configuration ! The app is so poorly designed that it is not even possible to go in the setting tab which is a mandatory step to do the configuration. There is so much flaws that I can’t list them all here. BIOS should hire a UX designer for users’ sake.

App is poorly fabricated
There are a lot of issues with the app’s usability. Many functions do not work (e.g. I could not select tips or settings), I also had an issue with inputting a date for my profile as the month and year would not show, and my temp reading for the day would not show nor could I input it.

Thermometer not accurate and does NOT sync with app. App is also completely glitchy and basic. Overall a 0 stars. Don’t waste your money on this.
Useless- doesn’t connect
This is the worst app ever. It doesn’t pair with the thermometer after hours of trying to get it to and trouble shooting every possible option. If you haven’t already used the thermometer I recommend returning it and getting a different one- So frustrating!!
DOESNT CONNECT
Bad product. Lost my money on this promising looking product. There are Connection issues. Sometimes it works after I pester it for a solid 30 min. I don’t have that kind of time or patience for that every morning. Don’t buy.
Do not buy
If I could have put no stars, I would have. The application works very badly, it does not synchronize with the IPhone, the thermometer is never detected by bluethoot and we cannot enter the data manually. Had I known, I would have bought only a basal thermometer without paying for an app that didn't work.

Absolutely useless!
It does not sync with iPhone or iPad and the thermometer does not work independent of the app. I cannot return the thermometer because it’s been “used”. So I’m out of pocket in this. Do not buy!!!
Terrible terrible product
Can’t get it to sync with the app. Thermometer won’t work in standalone mode - it just turns on and off and shows nothing else on the screen but “Set” - so it’s basically a small and completely useless brick. Avoid!
Therm good, app bad
Thermometer works fine but I have to use another app to chart my temps. I can’t get this one to connect to the thermometer at all, it only worked the first time for set up. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying this brand... could have got a cheaper non-bluetooth model since I cant use the bt on this one.

Terrible app
I would like to see a lot of progression in this app. I can’t add information, can’t see part of the calendar, the app doesn’t turn if I turn my phone, doesn’t pair with the thermometer for about the first three tries, there is no chart to actually follow a pattern in my cycle...etc.
To be short and clear, this app is not done.

Terrible.
Very frustrating experience. The app sucks. While I was able to pair the thermometer to the phone, I was not able to do anything with it including setting the information in the profile, seeing the whole calendar, accessing the chart or settings.

Not great
The thermometer almost never pairs and only does so with great difficulty and multiple tries. The app is very basic and frequently doesn’t load. Would not recommend paying for this Bluetooth thermometer, you will likely not be able to use the Bluetooth function and have to input the temperature manually to a better app.

Doesn’t easily sync
I bought this thermometer because I can track temperatures with the app but syncing doesn’t always work. It would also be nice to easily view temperatures on a chart or in a list.
Thermometer and App are great
I have been using the app and thermometer for some time. Once I got the thermometer sync’d with the app, the thermometer is easy to use. I don’t update my temp everyday to the app as I know there is memory in the thermometer, but when I do the app and the thermometer pair and the readings come through. Glad they got it back up and running as it was down for updates. The app is basic, but it doesn’t need to do a lot and I’m ok with that.
