There’s No Icon to Sync
Sorry, but there’s no icon on my laptop to sync with the phone, rendering the app worthless. Customer service apparently confirmed this with me.
It barely works
I cannot connect my PC to it even though it says it can pair with it. When I used to connect to it, it would bug a lot
Why no support for Triton 500 SE (PT516-52s)?
The Predator Triton 500 SE (PT516-52s) is a flagship Acer’s gaming laptops, and has PretorSense launch-able from a dedicated key, so a bit surprised to discover there is no mobile support for it.
Unusable with 300 Laptops
Would like to use the app but the new Predator Triton 300 Laptops don’t have it as a option. A bit of a shame and it seems other are having similar problems. The actual computer version of this works fine though. Another company who creates a remote feature to only abandon it forever as they overlook the need to keep it up to date with maintenance.

It's worth the features and I can control my future Predator Orion desktop computer to bad it is not compatible with it yet but I hope they're going to update it to connect my desktop computer to the application.

Wonderful App
Im always super paranoid about the temperature of my system so I check predator a lot, but when I ran it on my pc it always ate up my cpu and would heat up my system a lot compared to when I didn't have it open. The app works well and is easy to pair, I also love how I can change any of the settings and check my temperature at any time!

Can’t connect to laptop
Can’t even connect to laptop and the instructions they give me to do it aren’t very clear.
Why no Predator triton 700 support?
Every other laptop but one of the best has no support? How hard is it to get support for this laptop I mean all the others have it. Why no Predator triton 700 support?
