Still Stuck In 97 Update Loop
The PredatorX module never completes the update process. The app updates haven’t fixed this ongoing problem. I think the instructions of needing to disconnect the device, and closing, and restarting the app is the issue. Or it’s trying to do all 97 updates at the same time?? IDK, but one update it might need to do first is an update so it can reboot itself while still plugged in, and the app remains open.

Needs Update For Flex Fuel Relearn
Using my cheap code reader I saw the alcohol fuel reading for my truck might be incorrect. It would be a great improvement if the PredatorX had the ability to reset it.
I give it 3 Stars because it never completes an update. It gets stuck in the 97 update loop.

Updates Never Complete
I attempted to update the device at least a dozen times, and it never completes. It always finds 97 updates, and after it finishes downloading it tells you “Notice!
In order for updates to complete, please disconnect your device, close the application, plug your device back in, and restart the application.” You do that and it never ever completes. Also if you’re in DEMO mode, and you go to the Store you see a license you can purchase for $29.00 for a Pedal Booster to add more capabilities, but it won’t let you purchase it in Demo mode. So when you leave Demo mode it’s not there.
My biggest complaint tho is the updates not working.

I have just received this product and it keeps giving me an update error when trying to install tunes saying please try again or contact support ??? Any help would be nice !!!

Eveything from the updates to loading the tun went smoothly! I can’t wait for the opportunity to load custom tunes.
Doesn’t Save Settings
I made changes to turn off AFM, increase the idle, and did the build, and update. After a test drive I opened the app again, and see the AFM is turned back on, and the idle increase isn’t showing. When settings are changed in the app they should be saved for the next time the app is opened.
It’s not the best by far
I have this in my 2015 chevy truck transmission don’t shift correctly has a pulsation on slowing down don’t fill a power difference, and can’t get it to do an update even though every time I get in turn it on it says 97 updates ready to load and then doesn’t load them. Can’t just tpms or anything else for that matter. Definitely not impressed.

Useless
Shouldn’t have to take over 4 hours just to update. Other than that any other setting I try to change once a connection is established reads error and to try again another time. Just not worth my time.

They have updated the software for gm and Chevy i believe tuning for my year and make 17, 1500 lt are tunable and I can disable afm took a couple months with tech support but finally got it all worked out and couldn’t be happier with my purchase…

Very disappointed in this service, I purchased the diablo sport Predator X package and I never received the services/support that I bought. I wouldn’t even bother with this company or their customer service as they only responded after I left a previous negative review.

Excellent Customer Service Turned Things Around
I originally thought this app had lost my stock tune, but it turns out it was saved in their cloud. Their email support is unreliable, but calling them directly got results. The developers behind the Predator X are frustrating to deal with, repeatedly suggesting the same troubleshooting steps without real progress. However, their customer service team stepped in, recognized the issue, and replaced my Predator X with a better-performing model at no cost. That level of support completely changed my view of the company, and I appreciate how they handled it. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Difficult to create login using iPhone.
Just bought it and downloaded the app and had a hard time creating an account. Your app does not accept the auto created passwords from the built in iPhone app and puts you in an endless loop. It finally worked when I manually input a password.
Lost my stock tune!
I trusted this app and I shouldn’t have. It’s clear to me they were not prepared to offer tunes with an iPhone. The app regularly crashed and disconnects. At some point this app has completely lost my stock tune which was backed up in their app. Somehow it’s gone and they aren’t responding to my support requests. Go with HP Tuners and avoid Diablo Sport Predator X.

This product was very straightforward and very simple to install this for the guy that’s just looking for tire sizes some basic tuning for a stock vehicle some trans tuning stuff like that works fantastic. Easy to install easy to do the guys at Diablo were great to work with Rick was fantastic. Thank you guys.

App has a faulty login/account creation process, changed password multiple times and gives internet connection error.
