Hot garbage
We are forced to use this app which is fine if they invested in coders and more advanced features. This thing bugs out on inspections, fails to sync, fails to have pop ups saying things have been sent to support, the images loaded on it come out blurry in the report, cant add “other” and allow an input for items it doesnt have available, should I go on? Cant tell me theres not enough funds from all the contractors that buy into having their workforce use this app to become better. Hit me up Predictive Solutions, I help you find solutions to our problems as users. Wheres the product manager when you need ‘em?

Safey-Net is a terrific tool when used properly to track, identify and correct leading metrics before they become incidents or just statistics.
Been using it for years and works best when all correct issues, take pictures, recognize positives and share these findings weekly with staff and Subcontractors.

Customer service terrible and app is so-so
Our company has been a long time user of this product. The only ones that think it has value are the managers that don't have to try and make daily observations . It hangs, doesn't upload, and they constantly obsolete older devices and operating systems - totally ignoring that the corporate world doesn't replace devices that quickly. Their customer service took over a month to respond to my last three trouble logs, and when they call you, it is difficult to understand because they speak with a thick accent and do not have a good command of the English language. Avoid at all costs!

The app is so easy to use now. They updated for picture attachments and you can also view open items. I recommend it!
Need More Room In Comment Box
App works well for the most part, but you can't change the segment designation while adding an observation. There also needs to be more room in the comment box. Should be able to add photos as well.

A safety inspection app without the ability to include pictures makes zero sense. And the app is really no different than the web based inspection option.
Also, they should consider an actual iPad app, not just a magnified and grainy version of the iPhone app.

Non working app
App didn't do anything. Doesn't inform you how to sync or anything, just goes to a 2 tab selection.

This is a great app! I really think this is better than using the hand helds or entering your inspections from the website. This app is user friendly and very easy to navigate!
