The most recent addition to the PrefSuite family is an efficient tool for window installers and / or customer service to view their Completed, Not Completed, and Partially Completed orders in a calendar and “work to be done” format. The installation or repair process is broken down into six steps: - Scan or Select supplies and materials required for installation. - View the map navigation to the customer's location through apple/google maps. - Information needed to install / place the items. - Take notes from installers and retrieve order specific documentation including proof of installation. - Finish with a survey asking for opinion on the overall installation. - Keep track of and edit the time it took the installer to complete all six steps. .....and more!
