Remote deposit
The remote deposit service does not work reliably. Every time I have tried to use it, I have had to attempt the deposit at least 50 times before it finally goes through. I have contacted customer service for help, but unfortunately they have not been very helpful in resolving the issue.
For a banking service that should make depositing checks quick and convenient, this has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I would really like to see Preferred Bank address the reliability of their remote deposit system and provide better support when customers experience problems.

WILL NOT INSTALL on my apple phone
This new version SUCKS. It will not install on my apple phone.
Easy to use info fast
App is easy to use including for remote deposits and gives you the info you want quick and easy
Deposit fix. Use blue ink.
Hated this app for the same reason as most other users, the deposit feature was horrible and I would try again and again to get a deposit to go through. Finally I tried blue ink for the endorsement and it worked perfectly. Still has trouble with the amount section errors but not too noticeable.
Mobile Deposit is useless
The mobile deposits function is useless. Always missing endorsements.
Horrible app
Love the bank! But it takes me 5-7 attempts to deposit a check because I am repeatedly getting a message that the app cannot read / find the endorsement on the back of my check (despite it being typed in 14 bold font). It’s so frustrating!

The most frustrating mobile app I’ve ever used. Tried signing in to receive a Zelle payment, app sends a confirmation code to my cell phone, except there is a 15 minute delay between when the code is sent and when I actually receive the code. Pressed send so many times because I couldn’t figure out what the issue was, ended up receiving 20 codes. Now I’m trying to send a zelle payment through the mobile app and I keep getting an error message. Beyond frustrating.
