Ok but needs work
The app is a bit chaotic in its layout which makes keeping up to date with scores and tables harder work than it should be. Worse thing ever is the black on red scores for live matches, which is impossible to read. Just stick to black and white!

It gives lineups and scores almost as soon as it happens and shows the prem rugby, European cups (both) and the prem cup for when internationals are on. I think they should add in the champ rugby or make a new app for it too!

Table not front and centre . No links to player stats from fixture team list . Really hard to understand the game commentary. You need to do more to be my go to app for this .

Brilliant for keeping up to date when I’m out and about and want to keep an eye on scores or read up on some news on my commute - love it.

The apps not bad but it’s almost impossible to read the black text on an orange background.

App great for keeping up with scores however the black numbers on a red background are really hard to read especially of you are colour deficient. Black on white would be better
Ok App but changes have made it worse
Can’t read the score on fixtures page. Too small and colours do not make for easy reading.

Not always able to attend or watch games at home so the notifications and match centre keep me updated, would recommend!

Decent enough app for keeping up to date on rugby news and scores. First time at the final yesterday and stood at the gate for over 40 minutes waiting for the ticket to load. What is the problem with adding to digital wallet?
About 100 people around me all stuck outside with no tickets showing. Poor design causing immense frustration when a simple add to wallet would be easier.

Rubbish
Difficult to navigate, logs out. Very difficult to locate tickets and still not been given redemption code to get final tickets. Twickenham app much better!

Info in the app keeps me up to date with fixtures when I’m out and not able to watch. Helpful to quickly be able to see the fixtures and results.
Some matches in full not others
No idea why they only host some full games and not others - makes no sense
