User Friendly
This app is straight forward & easy to navigate. The only problem I’ve ever had is transfers are always immediate & I’ve had rare occasions where that wasn’t the case. (And there were no funds waiting to clear from outside financial institution, so it was frustrating.) Other than that it’s been a BIG time saver, especially mobile deposit!!

Denial of Service on iPAD
Sends fraudulent message asking for another phone # when just earlier while using application on Safari was shown listed (home) and working. So after installing iPAD application and successfully entering password AND confirmation SMS it asks for another irrelevant phone number which of course fails and freezes the app. Will only keep as for evidence purposes.

Only app that doesn’t work on my iphone 12
I just got this brand new phone, and the only app that refuses to work is this one.
App hasnt worked in months
Called and asked about it like 5 months ago and they said they were working on it fixing it. Still doesnt work. I'd expect a working app especially for a bank
App freezes up and becomes unresponsive
The features and functions make this a useful app. However, it has a tendency to freeze up when launching the app and can be unresponsive.
Awesome and easy to use!
So glad Premier came out with this! Really easy to do my banking on the go. Plus, not many community banks have mobile deposit capabilities. Thank you!!
